Samantha’s practice focuses on all areas of domestic and international income tax law, including private equity transactions, corporate reorganizations, financings, public debt and equity offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises private equity funds in connection with fund formation matters. Samantha routinely advises Canadian pension plans and other institutional investors on their investments into funds.
