Nicolas practices corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Nicolas has experience representing public companies and private equity firms on both buy- and sell-side of complex transactions domestically and globally.
Nicolas is fluent in French.

Nicolas graduated from McGill University with First Class Honors and was on the Dean’s Honor list. He also earned several awards during his undergraduate and legal studies at McGill University.
Nicolas volunteered for the Elder Law Clinic and the McGill Legal Information Clinic and served on the Board of Directors of JED Consulting.
