Larry Chung is responsible for the firm’s financial strategies and operations. He oversees all finance functions within the firm, including the creation and management of tailored pricing and related project management strategies.

Larry works closely with our lawyers to evaluate client requirements and advise on pricing models that best support the client's goals. He also provides training to lawyers on pricing.

Larry is a Certified Management Accountant and has 15 years of financial and business operations experience in the legal and professional services industries.
