Patrick’s practice focuses on a broad range of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate governance matters. He has been involved in a wide range of M&A transactions, private placements and public equity and debt offerings, including initial public offerings.

Patrick is also a member of the firms’ Mining and Metals group, with experience in inter-jurisdictional transactions and royalty and streaming finance transactions.
