
Arron’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance and activism matters. He has represented both issuers and investment banks in a variety of public offerings and private placements of debt and equity.
Arron regularly advises public company clients on ongoing corporate governance, stock exchange, and securities law matters.
During law school, Arron was a semi-finalist in the 2018 Harold G. Fox Moot on Canadian intellectual property law and was awarded the Gordon F. Henderson Award for the best appellant factum. He was also awarded the Laskin prize for ranking first in his 1L University of Toronto class in constitutional law.
Arron received the Faculty Plaque in Economics at the University of Ottawa for obtaining the highest academic standing for the 2016 graduating class.
Prior to joining Torys, Arron worked as a corporate associate at a law firm in Toronto, where he practiced corporate and commercial law. During the completion of his articles Arron seconded at the Royal Bank of Canada.
