Jonathan practises corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on corporate finance. He has represented issuers in a variety of public offerings for debt and equity.

Jonathan also assists with ongoing corporate and securities work for a number of clients, including Manulife Financial and companies in the Brookfield group of companies.
