Chantalle is an intellectual property (IP) lawyer and registered Canadian patent agent whose practice is geared toward life science innovations and products. She delivers strategic IP counsel and end-to-end support in patent drafting and prosecution, and advises on regulatory compliance under the Patented Medicines Regulations and the Food and Drugs Act. Her work spans a range of technologies, including diagnostics, therapeutics, medical devices, and genetic engineering-based innovations for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and agrotechnology sectors.

Chantalle also has experience conducting prior art searches and providing patentability and freedom-to-operate assessments.
