Joanne Barrett has been a securities law clerk at Torys since 2001. She provides assistance in the preparation and filing of initial applications for registration, ongoing compliance and filings of registrant firms and exempt international firms, applications for regulatory relief, and the preparation of other documents relating to ongoing continuous disclosure filing obligations. Joanne also assists clients in the preparation and filing of private placement and other public continuous disclosure filings.

Joanne also has experience in self-regulatory organization membership issues.
