Hannah practices corporate law with a focus on banking and debt finance. She has experience advising clients on domestic and cross-border commercial lending, acquisition financing, securitization, and debt offering transactions.
Hannah is fluent in French.

Hannah has volunteered with the Law in Action Within Schools (LAWS) program, a high school program that uses legal education as a tool to assist students to succeed in school and become engaged and active citizens.
