Liane practices corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets.
During law school, Liane served as a Canadian Bar Association Representative for the Nova Scotia Law Students Section, and she volunteered at the YMCA Immigrant Programs and Homework Club, where she offered tutoring and academic support for newcomers.
Liane is a volunteer with the Law in Action Within Schools (LAWS) program, a high school program that uses legal education as a tool to assist students to succeed in school and become engaged and active citizens.
