New York managing partner Darien Leung will speak at the International Bar Association’s (IBA) 11th World Women Lawyers’ Conference taking place June 24-26 in Lisbon, Portugal. The conference, presented by the IBA Women Lawyers’ Committee will bring together legal professionals to explore leadership, talent development and challenges shaping women in the legal industry.
Darien will moderate the panel “Role models: how to lead and set the scene for the next generation” at 10:00 a.m. on June 25. The panel will examine how general counsel and senior lawyers leverage their leadership to shape the next generation, sharing firsthand experiences and practical strategies for sponsorship, succession planning and building diverse talent pipelines.
