Partners Andrew Shaughnessy and Nicole Mantini will deliver two sessions as part of the five-day course “Intellectual Property: Understanding Patents”, hosted by McGill University and the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada from July 15-19 in Montréal.
This intensive summer course offers specialized training to help legal, business and government professionals stay up to date on the latest developments in IP and gain valuable hands-on experience and networking opportunities.
Andrew and Nicole will co-deliver a session on July 17 at 10:30 a.m. titled, “Cease and Desist Letters and Other Infringement Related Communications: What to consider when drafting and sending these letters”. They will also participate in a fireside chat at 3:15 p.m. the same day to discuss and provide advice on how to manage complex patent litigation and reach a settlement.
