Litigation Partner Grant Worden will speak at the 28th Annual Conference on Drug and Medical Device Litigation hosted by the American Conference Institute on December 5–6. The conference will deliver sessions on critical topics where attendees can collaborate and network with other product liability defense attendees.
Grant will speak on the “Exploring Critical International Developments Impacting Drug and Device Product Liability Litigation in Foreign Jurisdictions” session on December 6 at 2:15 p.m. The panel will examine the EU Collective Redress Directive and analyze the development on how product liability cases are handled in Canada.
