Canada SynBio 2023 Conference – Pitch Competition

Chair of Torys’ Intellectual Property and Food and Drug Regulatory practices Eileen McMahon will be a judge at the Canada SynBio 2023 Conference, which will take place between June 13-15 at MaRS Discovery District. The conference will feature sessions on cellular agriculture, biomanufacturing, ethical and regulatory frameworks, training, health innovations and a range of other topics, with the opportunity to network with fellow participants.

Eileen among others, will judge the “Accelerating Start-ups by Design” pitch competition on June 15 at 9:15 a.m. Start-ups utilizing synthetic biology will pitch their businesses during the annual synthetic biology pitch competition.
