Canada SynBio 2023 Conference

Chair of Torys’ Intellectual Property and Food and Drug Regulatory practices Eileen McMahon and Senior Associate Melanie Sharman Rowand will speak at the Canada SynBio 2023 Conference, which will take place between June 13-15 at MaRS Discovery District. The conference will feature sessions on cellular agriculture, biomanufacturing, ethical and regulatory frameworks, training, health innovations and a range of other topics, with the opportunity to network with fellow participants.
Eileen and Melanie will speak on “Engineering a Successful IP Strategy” on June 15 at 1:30 p.m. The fireside chat will provide insights for SynBio innovators to help them build an IP strategy and use case studies to illustrate what to do, and what not to do, when managing your IP.
