New York Managing Partner David Chaikof will speak at the International Bar Association’s (IBA) 19th Annual International Mergers and Acquisitions Conference. The two-day conference will take place on June 14 and 15 and will cover topics on some of the lessons learned and changes in deal-making during the pandemic, including hot topics in global M&A, private equity in today’s world and more.
David along with fellow panelists will speak on the “Governance, stewardship and activism” session on June 15 at 4:00 p.m. The session will discuss the role and viewpoints of institutional investors, the headwinds and tailwinds for sustainability and long-term investment, and shareholder activism, both in the U.S. and internationally.
