Osgoode Certificate in Pension Law

Susan Nickerson will speak at the Osgoode Certificate in Pension Law on March 2.

Susan will speak on Module 4, “Pensions in Corporate Transactions and Restructuring”, which will discuss items like the structure and purpose of a deal, due diligence and corporate transactions and transitioning from DB to DC, and an insolvency and restructuring primer.

The program will give attendees—those who are decision makers on pension issues—the tools and strategies to drill down on key issues in that space.
