OsgoodePD Intensive Short Course in Equity Financing Transactions

Capital Markets co-head Rima Ramchandani will present at the OsgoodePD Intensive Short Course in Equity Financing Transactions on November 19.

The course is designed to provide “comprehensive, practical overview of the complex, myriad of regulations and rules affecting equity financings, along with an update on the array of different strategies, options and types of transactions available.” Rima will present the “Post-IPO Equity Financings” panel at 1:30 p.m., which will look at the typical structures issuers use when raising common equity following an IPO.
