Tax partner John Tobin will speak at the Canadian Tax Foundation’s leading tax thought webcast on October 26 and 27. The event will discuss changes in tax for domestic and international businesses from the context of a difficult economic situation.
John along with other panelists will be speaking on “Most important tax cases of the year” at 11:00 a.m. on October 26. The session will discuss recent cases and address the impact and future applications of the legal principles that have developed from taxpayers and tax authorities view point.
