FDLI: Food advertising, labeling, and litigation conference

Co-chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Food and Drug Regulatory practices, Eileen McMahon, will speak at food advertising, labeling, and litigation conference hosted by the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI). The three-day conference will address some of the main concerns and challenges in industry advertising, labeling and litigation.

Eileen along with other panelists will speak on the topic “The North American market: considerations for products sold across the United States, Canada, and Mexico” on September 24 at 1:15 p.m. The panelists will provide guidance to firms seeking to sell products with neighboring countries, as well as discuss how U.S. laws, regulation and litigation risks differ from Mexico and Canada.
