Sociologist, postdoctoral research fellow and author Dr. Tsedale Melaku will provide thoughtful and candid insights from her research which focuses on race, gender, and workplace diversity.

Dr. Melaku will share some tool to engage in productive conversations about anti-racism, allyship and inclusiveness in our own daily lives.
