Corporate restructuring and advisory partners Scott Bomhof and David Bish will speak at the Annual Update in Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring at the Osgoode Professional Development Centre on October 4.
This forum will focus on the latest insolvency and restructuring issues and give insights and perspectives on how to deal with the legal and financial issues.
Scott will chair the forum and speak in the session “Tips from the Bench and Insolvency Bar on Commercial List Practice” as well as “Restructuring Options in Mass Tort Liability Cases”.
