What do Russian spies, the CRTC and the Super Bowl have in common? Administrative law!
It seems that the Supreme Court addresses its approach to administrative law about every 10 years, re-setting the terms by which Canadians and Canadian businesses are regulated, and creating confusion among lawyers and lower courts. Join us the day before the hearing when Torys Appellate Group will unpack these cases for you: what are the issues, what’s at stake, and why should you care?
