Mark Bain Reelected as Chair of The Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships
Toronto-based Infrastructure partner Mark Bain has been reelected as Chair of The Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships.
Mark has been on the CCPPP board of directors since 2000 and was elected chair for the first time in 2016. He was reelected to the position at the AGM on November 6. Mark will be supported by 22 others on the board of directors.
Consistently recognized as one of Canada's leading infrastructure and project finance lawyers, Mark has acted on over 70 major public-private partnership and alternative financing and procurement transactions.
CCPPP has been working with all levels of government and Indigenous communities since the early 1990s to achieve the best outcomes for Canadians through enabling effective and innovative approaches to public infrastructure development and service delivery.
