Torys Students Ride to Support Diabetes Research
Torys is proud to continue its support of the annual Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) Ride - Law Challenge. This year’s ride took place over the lunch hour on Thursday, October 4, at Yonge-Dundas Square.
Torys’ articling students participated in the ride and competed against other participating law firms for the “Law Challenge Spirit Cup.” Each team of five took turns cycling on a stationary bike and the team which raised the most money was named winner. This year, Torys had five teams, or 30 riders, participate.
JDRF is an committed to delivering a cure for Type 1 Diabetes and its complications through the support of research. For more information on JDRF, click here.
