Alicja helps clients navigate complex disputes, focusing on product liability and consumer protection defence, as well as construction and major projects (development and operation). She acts for multi-national companies across a broad range of sectors: life sciences and healthcare; infrastructure (including owners, investors, contractors, regulators, and professional advisors); social media and online services; energy, mining, oil and gas; consumer product, retail, and automotive; and insurance and financial services. Alicja also advises on defamation, technology, procurement, intellectual property, and commercial matters.

Alicja brings her PhD (Immunology), MSc (Medical Sciences), and BSc (Biology) and industry insight to bear, combining a pragmatic, business-minded approach with deep subject matter expertise.

Alicja is called in Ontario and British Columbia and appears wherever her clients need her: she has appeared in all levels of court in both provinces, as well as Alberta, Saskatchewan, the Federal Courts, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
