The New Era of Taxation

Partner Amanda Heale will speak at the IBA Taxes Committee conference The New Era of Taxation taking place November 11-13 in Washington, D.C. The conference will explore current trends and developments in taxation, including cross-border M&A, tax controversy, transfer pricing, investment funds taxation and global tax policy.

Amanda will speak on the panel “Emerging trends in administrative tax controversy” on November 12 at 2:00 p.m. This panel will examine the impact of shifting administrative policies on tax authorities, the current audit and dispute landscape across jurisdictions, and best practices for resolving tax disputes without litigation.
