Canada Life to acquire Santé Circle Health
On May 19, 2026, The Canada Life Assurance Company (“Canada Life”) announced that it acquired Santé Circle Health Corp. (“Sante Circle Health”), a provider of disability management and occupational health services. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Following the acquisition, Santé Circle Health will continue to operate as an independent organization with its own leadership team and employees.
