Komar Industries acquires Metro Compactor Service, BaleForce and Chute Source

On February 24, 2026, Komar Industries, Inc. (“Komar”) announced the acquisition of Metro Compactor Service, Inc., BaleForce Recycling Equipment Inc., and Chute Source LLC (collectively, “Metro”).
