HOOPP Realty Finance Trust completes its C$500 million inaugural bond issuance

On November 27, 2025, HOOPP Realty Finance Trust (“HRFT”) completed the private placement of (i) C$250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.568% senior unsecured notes, Series 1 due November 27, 2030 and (ii) C$250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.922% senior unsecured notes, Series 2 due November 27, 2032. HRFT was formed to act as the primary investment and funding vehicle for the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan Trust Fund’s Canadian real estate portfolio.
Net proceeds of the offering will be used by HRFT to refinance indebtedness, including intercompany funding provided by HOOPP, and for general corporate purposes.
