TorQuest Partners acquires GlassRatner from B. Riley for US$117.8 million

On June 27, 2025, B. Riley Financial, Inc. announced that it sold its advisory services business, GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group, LLC (doing business as B. Riley Advisory Services) and B. Riley Farber Advisory Inc. (collectively "GlassRatner"), to funds managed by TorQuest Partners ("TorQuest Partners") for US$117.8 million.
