Cargojet closes C$250 million offering of investment grade senior unsecured notes
On June 30, 2025, Cargojet Inc. ("Cargojet") closed its previously announced offering of C$250 million aggregate principal amount of 4.599% senior unsecured notes due 2030.
The notes were offered by a syndicate of agents co-led by Scotia Capital, RBC Capital Markets and CIBC Capital Markets.
Net proceeds from the offering will be used by Cargojet to redeem in full Cargojet's 5.25% listed senior unsecured hybrid debentures due June 30, 2026 prior to the end of 2025, repay indebtedness under it’s credit facilities and for general corporate purposes.
