Farmers Mutual Hail acquires Palliser Insurance

On February 4, 2025, Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company of Iowa (“Farmers Mutual Hail”) announced the acquisition of Palliser Insurance Company Limited (“Palliser Insurance”), its first non-U.S.-based acquisition. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Prior to the acquisition, Farmers Mutual Hail held a 20% share in Palliser Insurance, with leaders serving on Palliser’s Board of Directors.
