Med Learning Group acquires Impetus Healthcare
On January 16, 2024, Med Learning Group, LLC (“Med Learning Group”) acquired Impetus Healthcare Inc. (“Impetus Healthcare”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Impetus Healthcare delivers virtual collaboration experiences for life sciences companies. It provides two turn-key software solutions through the Impetus InSite Platform®: InSite Touchpoints™ and InSite Events™, that create flawless online experiences by leveraging award-winning synchronous and asynchronous tools and services.
Med Learning Group is a full-service accredited continuing medical education (“CME”) company, focuses on developing and implementing CME that improves physicians’ and nurses’ ability to provide optimal care to their patients.
