Perion acquires a leading global full-stack digital out-of-home (DOOH) platform
On December 12, 2023, Perion Network Ltd. (“Perion”) announced that it completed the acquisition of Hivestack Inc., a global innovative full-stack programmatic digital out-of-home (DOOH) platform. The terms of the transaction included US$100 million in cash paid upon closing and a 3-year employee retention and performance-based payment plan of up to an additional US$25 million (in cash and equity).
