TorQuest Partners and Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec complete sale of Barrette Outdoor Living
On July 11, 2022, TorQuest Partners ("TorQuest"), Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec ("CDPQ"), Les Entreprises Barrette Ltée, management and co-investors successfully completed the previously announced sale of Barrette Outdoor Living, Inc. ("Barrette") to CRH plc for an enterprise value of US$1.9 billion.
