Village Farms completes bought deal offering of common shares

On October 22, 2019, Village Farms International, Inc. ("Village Farms") completed its previously announced bought deal offering of 3,059,000 common shares at a price of C$9.40 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of C$28,754,600.
The offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters co-led by Beacon Securities Limited, as sole bookrunner, and GMP Securities L.P. The offering included 399,000 common shares issued pursuant to a full exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option.
Village Farms is one of the largest and longest-operating vertically integrated greenhouse growers in North America and the only publicly traded greenhouse produce company in Canada.
