Village Farms completes C$22 million bought deal public offering of common shares

On October 12, 2018, Village Farms International, Inc. ("Village Farms") completed its previously announced bought deal offering of 3,097,200 common shares (including 287,200 shares issued pursuant to a partial exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option) in the capital of the company at a price of C$7.13 per offered share for aggregate gross proceeds of C$22,083,036.

The offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters led by Beacon Securities Limited, and which included GMP Securities L.P.

The net proceeds of the offering will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Village Farms is one of the largest and longest-operating vertically integrated greenhouse growers in North America and the only publicly traded greenhouse produce company in Canada.
