Dream Global REIT completes C$201 million equity offering

On June 26, 2018, Dream Global REIT (the "Trust") announced the closing of its previously announced equity offering of units at a price of C$14.60 per unit. The syndicate of underwriters, led by TD Securities Inc., elected to exercise its over-allotment option in full, resulting in a total of 13,800,000 units being issued for total gross proceeds of C$201,480,000.

The Trust intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund acquisitions and for general trust purposes.

Dream Global REIT is an unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust that provides investors with the opportunity to invest in commercial real estate exclusively outside of Canada. Its portfolio currently consists of approximately 19.5 million square feet of gross leasable area of office, industrial and mixed-use properties across Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria.
