H.I.G. Growth Partners completes acquisition of Carlton Group

On September 29, 2017, pursuant to the terms of a purchase agreement, affiliates of H.I.G. Growth Partners, LLC acquired a majority interest in Carlton Group Ltd. and Global Reward Solutions Inc.
Carlton Group develops and manages customer loyalty and employee recognition programmes under its Power2Motivate® platform and cloud-based reward management under its Global Reward Solutions® platform.
