Fairfax Financial completes C$65 million strategic investment in Mullen Group Income Fund

On May 1, 2009, Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited completed its subscription for C$65 million of convertible debentures of Mullen Group Income Fund (Mullen), as part of the fund's previously announced conversion to a corporation, pursuant to a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta). Trading of Mullen's shares on the TSX is expected to commence on or about May 6, 2009 under the symbol MTL, subject to the TSX's approval.
