Seven Generations closes of C$633 million secondary offering
On April 4, 2014, Seven Generations Energy Ltd. (7G) closed a C$633 million secondary offering of common shares by certain of its founding major shareholders at a price of C$25.00 per share to a group of institutional investors, led by RBC Capital Markets and Peters & Co. Limited. The selling shareholders, consisting of funds managed by ARC Financial, KERN Partners, Natural Gas Partners and ZBI Ventures, will continue to hold approximately 31% of the common shares of 7G following the sale.
7G is a private oil and gas developer based in Calgary, Alberta, who is engaged in the delineation and development of its Kakwa River Project, located approximately 100 km south of Grand Prairie, Alberta.
