Olympus Partners announces acquisition of Par-Pak Ltd.

On June 7, 2013, Olympus Partners (Olympus) announced the acquisition of Par-Pak Limited (Par-Pak) by its portfolio company The Waddington Group, Inc. (Waddington).

Par-Pak, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, is North America's leading independent thermoformer of foodservice, bakery and produce packaging.
