Canadian chartered bank enters into master services agreement

On March 19, 2009, a Canadian chartered bank entered into a master services agreement with an major electronic hiring company for a license to a vendor management system, provided on an application service provider (ASP) basis. This will permit the bank to centralize the management of and billing for its temporary workforce, and related training and support services.
