She has extensive experience acting on the acquisition and disposition of high-value real estate across a range of asset classes, including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and mixed-use developments. Larissa regularly advises on single-asset and interprovincial portfolio transactions, as well as on the real estate components of mergers and acquisitions, providing strategic, business-focused guidance throughout the transaction lifecycle. In addition, Larissa has significant experience in acting for landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating high-profile leases for office, industrial, and retail space.
Complementing her real estate expertise, Larissa has developed a strong infrastructure practice. She advises on private infrastructure projects, including data centers and other critical infrastructure assets, and has participated in major public infrastructure initiatives.
