Prior to joining Torys, Michele was a Registered Foreign Lawyer at two leading international law firms in Hong Kong, where she advised global and Asia-based private equity funds and corporates on their inbound and outbound cross-border multi-jurisdictional private equity, merger and acquisition, and foreign direct investment transactions in China and the rest of Asia.

While in law school, Michele was a Case Manager at the Western Business Law Clinic and volunteered as a legal intern with the United Nations in Vienna. She also acted as a Duty Counsel with Law Help Ontario Pro Bono Hotline.
