
Charlie’s practice focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on emerging companies, venture capital, and M&A transactions.
Charlie is published in the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review with his article, "No Takesies Backsies: How Canadian Commercial Law Will Situate Artificial Intelligence Systems and Their Ability to Contract."
During law school, Charlie volunteered as an academic peer mentor for the law school's Student Services and a peer tutor for the law school's IB&M Initiative.
