Prior to law school, Paul earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery and worked as a Dentist from 2013-2021.

During law school, Paul worked as a research assistant and program organizer at the University of Toronto. He was also awarded the University of Toronto Student Leadership Award.

Paul continues to be active with the University of Toronto chapter of the Black Law Students’ Association.
