During law school, Natalie worked as a student caseworker at Downtown Legal Services, where she assisted clients with applications for the Landlord and Tenant Board and Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada.

Natalie serves as a director of The 519, an organization dedicated to serving 2SLGBTQ+ communities through advocacy and as a community center and multi-service provider.
