Henry’s practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property law. He has experience assisting with patent prosecution before both the Canadian and US Intellectual Property Offices. Henry also has experience advising on IP strategy and patent litigation.
Henry is a member of the Canadian Bar Association’s Patents and Industrial Design Committee, an associate member of the Royal Society of Biology, and a member of the Biochemical Society.
Henry previously completed a judicial clerkship with the Honourable Madam Justice Pallotta at the Federal Court. During his clerkship, Henry assisted with patent and trademark cases before the Federal Court, and judicial review proceedings involving a wide variety of administrative law topics.
Before attending law school, Henry was a cardiac researcher at the Hospital for Sick Children. His research focused on cardiac metabolism and microscopy methods development.
